Where I'm from, where I'm going, and what shapes how I show up in the work. Skills matter. People matter more.
I was born in Brooklyn and raised in Philly, splitting plenty of time between both cities growing up. As a proud Haitian American and a graduate of Central High School, Class 270, I learned early on what it means to value culture, community, and the people who shape you. After years in Los Angeles, I now reside in Southern California's Inland Empire, just outside of LA, where I've built a life that balances ambition with creativity and wellness.
Outside of work, I'm someone who genuinely enjoys the little things. You can usually find me at the beach, at a Pilates class, or filling my space with more plants than I probably need. I've always been drawn to environments that feel inspiring, calm, and intentional, and that mindset naturally influences the way I approach my work as well.
Professionally, I'm passionate about creating thoughtful experiences, solving problems creatively, and continuously evolving both personally and professionally. I value growth, strong communication, and bringing a human-centered perspective into everything I do. While skills and experience matter, I also believe the people behind the work matter too, and I hope this gives you a small glimpse into who I am beyond the resume.
Eight years of community moderation, operations leadership, and Trust and Safety work. Carried through two acquisitions. Each role taught me something the next one needed.
A working list of what I bring to the table. Operations and Trust and Safety are the depth. Data, tools, and product fluency are what make the work executable end to end.
Where it started, and where I keep learning. The degree is the floor. Eight years of building real systems is what made the rest.
Whether you've got a project, a role, or just want to talk shop about Trust and Safety, I'd love to hear from you.
